Head to Level 3, Food Court for The Mall at Bay Plaza’s Back-to-School Supplies Giveaway event. Tickets are required and are available at Guest Services on Level 1, beginning August 5. One per child* There will be free school supplies and other fun giveaways, music, dancing and prizes with DJ Omar, and a free rock climbing wall, courtesy of NYPD. Children must be accompanied by an adult
