Empowering Older Adults: A Community Health & Resources Fair

The Community Health & Resources Fair, Empowering Older Adults, is a special event hosted by The Office of The Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson in partnership with CenterLight Healthcare PACE. This fair provides older adults with the tools, resources, and education they need to continue living safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
