“I Will Not Go”: Chutney Poetry Anthology Book Launch at Oyate Group

Oyate Group invites you to celebrate the publication of the groundbreaking new anthology “I Will Not Go: Translations, Transformations, and Chutney Fractals”(Kaya Press, October 2024). Edited by award-winning poet, memoirist and translator Rajiv Mohabir, I Will Not Go features 17 Indo-Caribbean poets who experiment with their own personal interpretations of two famous Chutney songs.

This book launch event will feature readings from the writers as well as food, music and celebration!
