The Treasure Hunters: Pirate Props and Musical Adventures!

This event will take place in person at the Allerton Library.

In this interactive music and art presentation, audience members will learn how to listen for stories in music by drawing what they hear and see. Inspired by excerpts of our vibrant stop motion animation, The Treasure Hunters, children will learn about instruments and musical concepts while building their own pirate-themed props with paper, markers, and other craft supplies! Then, they can act out their story as we watch the film in hopes of finding the buried treasure.
